What is the use of remembering DR BR Ambedkar,Comrade General Secretary? It is failed a Parliament which may not defend constitution, rule of law and democratic institutions, dear Comrade General Secretary.

What is the use of remembering DR BR Ambedkar,Comrade General Secretary?
It is failed a Parliament which may not defend constitution, rule of law and democratic institutions, dear Comrade General Secretary.
Palash Biswas

I am very sorry comrade General Secretary that our Marxist friends are still indulged in either ideological debate or Vote Bank equation neglecting the present social realism under the fascist free market racial hegemony regime and ignoring the challenge to initiate the most important process of resistance from the grass root level.

CPM failed to break paradigm of Congress, BJP benefitting from each other's loss, you said.

What does it mean?

Why the Marxist always fail to assess the reality?

Respected comrade,You always tend to ignore the reality and its challenges and try to adjust in an opportunist style with political correctness irrelevant to ideology and commitment.

Thus,as the media reports,at the end of day two of the CPM party congress, comrade General Secretary, you have expressed concern over the party's lack of growth in the last 25 years and spoke about the need to adopt flexible tactics to remain relevant.

It has been the flexible tactics that our Marxist friends allowed the children of the neoliberal fascist genocide culture ie the Hindu Imperialism to sustain the Manusmriti racial zionist glabal order and never did address the majority bahujan excluded from every sphere of life.

Comrade General Secretary!CPIM has passed the Dalit agenda way back in Hyderabad Congress and you never tried to implement it.

We may not see the Bahujan representation in party leadership and organization whereas Hindu Imperialism despite its Brahaminical bias, despite racial apartheid against SC,ST,OBC and minorities, chose Narendra Bahi Modi OBC as the person to implement its fascist free market ethnic cleaning agenda and mobilized the support of Bahujan majority including the more than forty percent population of the country OBC along with SC and ST.

Now On the occasion of the 125th birth anniversary of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, the 21st Congress of the CPI(M) demands that the Government hold a special
session of Parliament to discuss issues connected with the status of Scheduled Caste communities in India.

The Parliament is bypassed in legislation and legislation is all about corporate lobbying and the Parliamentary politics is reduced to Billionaire Millionaire detached identity vote bank Politics.

It is failed a Parliament which may not defend constitution, rule of law and democratic institutions, dear Comrade General Secretary.

You should understand and then explain what purpose would solve the special session of Parliament?Better our Marxist friends should understand the Ambedkar phenomenon afresh and recognize his movement reduced to identity politics whereas DR BR Ambedkar addresses the majority as depressed Class .

Please discuss issues connected with the status of  the status of all Bahujan victimes of Hindu Imperialism .

Dear General Secretary, please relook into the the Dalit agenda passed in Hyderabad conference.

What is the use to remember DR.BR Ambedkar,Dear General Secretary as our Marxist friends failed to defend the labour laws and the Golden Mineral India is on sale?

Failed to defend fifth and sixth schedule and constitutional safeguards?

What is the use to remember DR.BR Ambedkar,Dear General Secretary as our Women have to suffer as usual despite so called inclusion and empowerment and have to be victims of patriarchal free market hunting reducing them to commodity?

What is the use to remember DR.BR Ambedkar,Dear General Secretary as converted NON Hindus have to be obliged for Ghar Wapasi as Modi regime to deny  reservation to NON Hidnus and RSS does implement the agenda of cent precent Hindu Rashtra free of Islam,Cristialnity,Buddhisim and sikhis?

What is the use to remember DR.BR Ambedkar,Dear General Secretary as the parliament is meant to endorse  all the antipeople  bills to kill the Indian people with parliamentary consensus.

What is the use to remember DR.BR Ambedkar,Dear General Secretary as the fundamental rights and civic and human right violated and the state is made in am imperialist fascist zionist state to kill the majority population?

However,COMMUNIST PARTY OF INDIA (MARXIST)says that

with the advent of neo-liberal policies, the condition of dalits has worsened. The practice of untouchability and different forms of violence against Scheduled Caste communities continue, the conviction rate of people accused in such cases continues to be low!

Laws such as The Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act
need to be strengthened and fully implemented. The Manual Scavengers Actis also yet to be implemented. Large sections of Dalits in rural India are
landless workers without assets.

There is a huge backlog in filling up reserved posts. Development schemes lie unimplemented.

Dalit Christians and Muslims have been denied recognition as Scheduled Castes, and are
consequently excluded from benefits to which Scheduled Castes areentitled, in addition to existing quotas.

However,COMMUNIST PARTY OF INDIA (MARXIST)says that these and other issues need separate discussion and resolution by Parliament. A special session would
ensure that the attention of the entire country is focused on thisshameful scourge of Indian society -- inequality on the basis of birth and descent -- and on the urgent need to take comprehensive and strong
measures to eliminate it.

The 21st Party Congress calls upon the entire Party to integrate struggles against social and caste based discrimination and for the rights of Dalits with the class struggle, to fight against atrocities against Dalits, to
fight for the elimination of untouchability and the caste system, to encourage inter-caste marriage, and to counter the efforts of those who seek to keep Dalits away from democratic mobilisation and movements.
